Transitional Assistance Program (TAP)

Through providing a thorough case management program, TAP enables young people to address their needs and develop independent living skills in a supported and coordinated manner. This occurs whilst supporting the young person to source safe affordable accommodation.

Support is provided for young people who are at risk of homelessness or who are homeless. TAP provides practical support for young people aged 16-25 years old, to move through homelessness toward sustainable independence, whilst addressing the barriers that have impacted on them becoming homeless or at risk of homelessness.

The program can provide outreach to Myrtleford, Benalla and Wangaratta
