Healthy Eating & Living (HEAL)

HEAL Program

HEAL is a five week program that includes cooking, setting up menus and shopping for healthy food. Information is provided on sexual health, mental health, drug and alcohol, along with where to access local community services.

It includes presentations from NESAY staff and many other local service providers. It can help you to develop your skills, knowledge and how to live a healthy sustainable lifestyle.
